What we collect
Company details, contact information, your existing policy details, and an employee list (date of birth and gender at minimum; names may be masked).
How we use it
To request quotes from partner insurers on your behalf and to communicate with you about your request. We never sell your data.
Who we share with
Only the insurers you ask us to engage with. Internally, only authorised Wellmo staff can view your request.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Employee files live in a private bucket accessible only to you and authorised staff.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@wellmo.in.
